OnLetterhead is quick and easy to setup and use. In this section, we will outline the entire process for you to provide a better idea of how it works and what you can expect.

First and foremost, OnLetterhead does not affect your email settings. You must have either Outlook and/or Outlook Express installed and be able to send and receive emails. OnLetterhead plugs into these email programs and allows you the ability to brand your messages. Currently OnLetterhead DOES NOT work on MAC computers or web-based emails. It works with your existing Outlook program.


We will automatically setup your account by inputting your company's information as well as your name and email address. Once this is setup, you will become the "Master Account Holder".

The next step is for you to download OnLetterhead. Return to the email that you were originally sent and click on the "DOWNLOAD ONLETTERHEAD NOW" link.

You now have OnLetterhead saved to your computer. It is now time to install OnLetterhead into your Outlook® and/or Outlook Express®.

To begin the Setup Wizard you will need to be connected to the Internet.

You are ready to start sending branded emails.
